Nice and shiny 404 page

https://www.opensuse.org/foo and similar, broken URLs are currently showing a standard 404 page.

We should have a nicer 404 with some additional information for people (like links to search engines?). Like a grumpy Geeko, who tried to find something which is not there - or similar.

In addition, other error pages (like 503 - Geeko unavailable) or maintenance pages might also be helpful.
