The interesting thing is it got the 50% fail rate on 3 different architecture. It is more like the network problem is too busy to respond/react. I think this should be the worker performance problem.

After investigation and rerun them on the latest build 203.1, the issue is unable to be reproduced. It looks more like the worker network connection problem and it's not about the test case. I think We can close this one now and reopen it if the problem show up again. Thanks.
