Sync SLE Signed rpms from Internal Build Service to OBS

Description
Task is to have signed SLE binaries in OBS.We can't sign packages with SLE key in OBS plus packages have to be binary identical.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
Rudi confirmed that sync finished as of today.
- Due date set to 2020-04-14
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Sync is event triggered, new released updates or packages built in SP2 GA will trigger resync of the affected project.
Finished on Saturday, that's way faster than expected.
