Description

We need more SLE 11 SP3 to SLE 11 SP4 (and SLE 12 SP1) Upgrade tests
This includes creating the SLE 11 SP3 VM Images and improving the tests to handle the different scenarios

Scenarios currently missing
i586
ppc
Upgrade with HA
Upgrade with HA + GEO
Upgrade with SDK
