This happened at 292/646. Restarting zypper resulted in refresh that resulted in
"Nothing to do." Zypper ref is now getting access denied errors.

Twice in past 24 hours or so Leap has been thwarted by failure to resolve
download.opensuse.org. Aborting then restarting zypper up solved the problem.
Whether this was 15.0 or 15.1 or both I don't recall.
