[SLE][Migration][SLE12SP5][Improve]: check /etc/issue after migration

Description
Since we need /etc/issue after migration make sure system upgrade to the correct system.
- Estimated time set to 16.00 h
show following state after migration:
/etc/issue
/etc/os-release
SUSEConnect –list
SUSEConnect –status-text check module/addon status, should all registered.
This module also need schedule after this module:
Test-Module: /var/lib/openqa/share/tests/sle/tests/console/zypper_lr.pm
add extra setting for check beta1/2
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 50
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
