I just reviewed the openSUSE Leap 15.1 component list and I realized that most of the projects there use its master branch. So I did nearly a clone as a start point. Please let me know whether we need to modify the component list in any way.
release-notes-openSUSE doesn't have Leap_15.2 branch yet, so I refer to the master branch. https://github.com/openSUSE/release-notes-openSUSE/branches
