Issue to track the update of OSD done by @okurz on 2019-08-15.

The deployment was conducted semi-automatically, details in
https://gitlab.suse.de/okurz/osd-deployment/-/jobs/111096

I did not manage to generate the changelog completely automatic. Tried with comm but it seems that the os-autoinst changelog at least is intermangled on package updates so not completely sorted.
