http://open.qa/docs/#_multi_machine_tests_setup has some information. https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst/blob/master/doc/networking.md has more but seems to be not referenced on the former. Also https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst/blob/master/doc/openvswitch-init-example is nice but also does not seem to be referenced anywhere
