compare with https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/957969#step/x11_setup/4, select_console 'x11' seems to be not working on aarch64.
This blocks x11 test which starts with select_console 'x11', for example: gnucash

this won't work. You are retriggering tests from build 20190607. At this time the X11 tty was tty7 as can be seen in https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/955032#step/xorg_vt/3 however current test code assumes that gdm is updated using https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/708281 . Since then the tty for X11 changed to tty2 (or sometimes tty3).
In short: Don't assume current test code still works with older snapshots unless the people changing the test code foresee this – which in this case did not happen ;)
