Robin and Hans,

Are you planning on contacting Hotels for "preferred" rates? When can this information be expected?

Based on a Google map search I ended up with the following potential Hotels. For the low price option there is probably no negotiation but the other two might give us a preferred rate for getting their name onto the web site as a preferred Hotel option.

Are all these within a reasonable distance? Are these reasonable choices?

It would be great if this can happen by mid January. Especially people father away will need to start making their travel arrangements soon.
