blocking deployment of origin-manager web interface

As a band-aid simply restarting the osrt-obs_operator deployment so that it pulls the new container would unblock deployment of interface.

The deployment is a SUSE product, it would seem infra could seek some assistance from the CaaSP product team. This is really silly to be blocking for weeks.

Hi,
there were severe issues with the cluster (admin node not working). We were able to resolve this, but not sure if this fixes the problem for you already. Sorry for this to take this long, but right now we don't have the resources to take care of this any faster and provide quality of service.
Best regards,

Thank you very much. My access is restored and I was able to update the deployment successfully.
