Motivation

Not to have all the tickets blocked forever, I will resolve them having this one as a last step.
What is required, is that changes to native yast packages are approved and merged.

For testframework, we need to establish CI, so that package is build in YaST:Head

Acceptance criteria

  1. All changes to the packages are accepted
  2. testframework package is build automatically for all architectures and is not available on the medium
