Find keynote(s) for the conference.

The keynotes is usually handled by the CfP committee. I have not seen an announcement of a committee, thus I am not certain how this is handled. The openSUSE board may be interested in giving the opening keynote and we should offer a keynote slot to SUSE. This would leave 1 open keynote slot for an external speaker.
