the wait_for_encrypt_prompt deserves a specific test driven by main.pm

I guess the same for the display manager login.

I just learned that the check for ENCRYPT is duplicated. The wait_encrypt_prompt call is testing ENCRYPT too. I guess the wait_encrypt_prompt should be an extra step we add in several places in the workflow instead of hardcoding it in the test api.
