openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-ppc64le-offline_sles12sp3_media_tcm_all_full@ppc64le fails in
reboot_to_upgrade

also need check https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2328991#

It passed on the 131.1 build, so I close this ticket. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2360066
and we highly suspect it's an OpenQA performance issue not our test suite issue.

when this kind of issue occurred that means the backend process stopped which cause the system write failed.
