The setup of :Images:ToTest/containers is unclear. Do we need a subproject of openSUSE:Containers as releasetarget?

Yes. openSUSE:Containers:Leap-15.1 (or :Leap:15.1) with /containers (build disabled, publish enabled) pointing at openSUSE:Leap:15.1:Update/standard
Mostly. I'll set it as done when everything including releasing containers from ttm got tested and works.

I also just noticed that 15.1/live is fixed, but 15.1/jeos not, I'll ping Adrian again.
