Yes. openSUSE:Containers:Leap-15.1 (or :Leap:15.1) with /containers (build disabled, publish enabled) pointing at openSUSE:Leap:15.1:Update/standard

Remaining issues:

Publishing the base container does not support keeping the old versions yet as that is not yet fully implemented in OBS
livecd-leap-x11 does not build because of https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1122667

The project itself is set up though, so I'll close this.
