Description

Events need an "accepting new requests until" attribute, so TSP members can close a event before its starting date.

Already done. Tests included.

Bootstrap-datepicker switched to Bootstrap-datimepicker all along the application in order to allow fields with time. This step took some time, but hopefully it will be worth it in the future.
