[kernel] wrong "start-after" reference kills testcase

Description

sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-aarch64-Build21.2-ltp_fs_ext4@aarch64-virtio has in it's settings:

"START_AFTER_TEST install_ltp+sle+Installer-DVD,install_ltp+sle+15-SP1+Installer-DVD"

Unfortunately, the only test I could find is "install_ltp+sle+15+Installer-DVD" (without '-SP1').
As a result, the testcases starts immediately, and fails .

I did not check but suspect that more of the kernel testcases suffer from that.
