setup_online_repos

Reproducible

[8 May 2018 18:02:06] okurz: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/605461 this is "timezone, timezone-java" which installs cleanly on 15.0, also all systems have it. There are curretnly no other pending updates for 15.0
