openSUSE admin

In our Cloud infrastructure we are regularly syncing a few repos from
rsync.o.o.

Last week we found out that one of them is empty and another one seems
to be old (compared to the content on stage.o.o).

We are syncing from:

rsync://rsync.opensuse.org/buildservice-repos/devel:/tools:/building/SLE_12_SP1
which is empty.

But the repo on download.o.o has content:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/tools:/building/SLE_12_SP1/

The other repo we are syncing is:
rsync.o.o/buildservice-repos/devel:/languages:/ruby:/extensions/SLE_12/
which seems to be old (nothing was synced when I ran rsync manually, but
it synced a lot of stuff, when I used stage.o.o as rsync source).

Could you please check the syncing of the OBS repos to the stage/rsync
servers?
