Description
We need a Bootstrap theme implementing the Bento look & feel. Some layout changes also needed for full integration.

Now it resembles enough to other bento-based pages, but still needs more polishing.

Some improvements in forms and headings
Theming support in the application is much cleaner now. A LOT of time spent trying to create 'the ultimate Bento theme for Bootstrap' in pure less and with no application specific code. No real progress from the application point of view. But now the theme is ready to be extracted for using it in other applications.

Now that we have a proper footer, the theme is complete enough for closing this issue (breadcrumbs is the only important remaining feature at this point).
