I would be very careful to mark test cases with a test issue. For me https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1081647 is the bug here and I recommend to label the test failure with this bug.

Yes, the license agreement for SLES is shown the 2nd time here, which should be bsc#1081647
But the addons license agreement for HA or WE is actually expected here.
