Another failure due to disk space issue on ppc64le:

Seems larger hdd image is required for some ppc64le tests.

btrfs on ppc64le VM requires much more disk size compared to other architectures, see https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1079025
So we need larger hdd image for upgrade test on ppc64le.
But in https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1570108#settings, HDD_1=sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-ppc64le.qcow2, which is 20GB.
We should use SLES-12-SP3-ppc64le-updated.qcow2, which is 40GB.
Update test suite scc_upgrade_sles12sp3 to use 40GB hdd image.
