bootloader_s390

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 0164 (current job)

Last good: 0161 (or more recent)

From autoinst-log.txt: "Please make sure your installation medium is available." but looks like first-time occurence.

https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1415412 passed. Could be very temporary network maintenance or problems on the s390x instance. I think we have to live with these.
