openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-gnome_smb@64bit
bootloader
does not show that it would switch the install source which it should.

  • AC1: Installation is conducted over SMB as install source

https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1405880#step/bootloader/15 shows it working now. So the problem was the missing NETBOOT=1 variable which I added now in the test suite as well as the samba server being gone (see related ticket). https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1405854#step/welcome/4 is a failure that shows that actually the SMB server is probed.

openSUSE does not have SMB, see #15136

SLE test does use SMB again properly. The openSUSE part is left to be done in #15136
