Description

The Dokuwiki sine2 module is broken caused by an no longer existing download link for the display-wikipage plugin. This plugin isn't maintained for over 2 years now, it was necessary for the monobook template. We should switch to a more modern template.

Job done.

I've switched our dokuwiki default template from "monobook" to "bootstrap3". Additional I've added a default startpage and a default sidebar. Both are readable without login to dokuwiki.
