Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-minimal+base@svirt-hyperv-uefi fails in
consoletest_setup

Found in the logs:
[2018-01-10T18:34:24.0162 CET] [debug] # Test died: command 'chown bernhard /dev/ttyS0 && gpasswd -a bernhard $(stat -c %G /dev/ttyS0)' timed out at /var/lib/openqa/cache/tests/sle/lib/utils.pm line 957.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 414.13 (current job)

Last good: 408.1 (or more recent)

I think we fail to re-connect serial line on non-Xen svirt (i.e. Hyper-V), because it works in the installation: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1374991#step/install_and_reboot/34 but fails after restart: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1374991#step/consoletest_setup/9. In the serial0 log second attaching console,wait ...connected! is missing.
