Description
Factory enabled -fstack-clash-protection, should have that in leap prjconf too?

Was tested in staging.
Please append -fstack-clash-protection to generic Optflags in prjconf of 15.0 and trigger a rebuild of all packages (osc rebuild openSUSE:Leap:15.0) as discussed.
I did not see this until now as this is attached to my personal account, unlike github and jberry OBS user. As such ran the rebuilt per what I heard on Thursday. Since the prjconf change was not made this will need to be done again.
It would be preferred if we switch the account that has access to p.o.o.
