openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-allpatterns@svirt-xen-hvm fails in
start_install

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 330.1

Expected result

Last good: A previous job in the same scenario worked just fine: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1258550

Problems with dead serial console via SSH should be resolved. Two changes prevents this: (1) close serial console on Xen when we are about to poweroff the guest, (2) David implemented serial console polling.
