Description
As ntp_client.pm is not HA related, it could be move to another directory.
But there are some questions:
- where to put it? installation/, console/?
- there is already a console/yast2_ntpclient.pm, see if both could be merged
- be careful that HA tests configure ntp server on support_server (through the dedicated support_server functionality)
