Create a landing page (most likely in using Github Pages) gathering all the information for openQA and os-autoinst. Users guide, developer guide, installation and so on.

After some research, I have a plan for the documentation and for the content and layout of the (upcoming) landing page. First steps: https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/92 (I sooo slow at writing docs).
