Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-Leanos-DVD-s390x-create_hdd_minimal_base+sdk@zkvm fails in
sle15_workarounds
because on zkvm with vnc connection it can't work to press 'ctrl-alt-f2' to switch tty's.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 248.1

Expected result

Last good: 211.1 (or more recent)
