In coordination with lnussel created initial version of test plan in the original google doc spreadsheet. Will incorporate feedback from QA engineers, e.g. riafarov wanted to have a look and help.

The original link is still valid. Updated the test plan once and also riafarov looked over it. I plan to revisit it recurringly
