Description
Migration milestone test don't need be performed on every build, they only need be running with milestone group.
For sles 12 sp3, we trigger the every milestone group by command line manually, so the milestone case would not be running as soon as the milestone build released.
It will be much bette if we have auto-trigger script for milestone group.
