taking a look at the most recent job https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/502889 I see that yast2_proxy succeeded but failed in many jobs in between. Don't know what fixed it but now seems to be fine so let's regard it as resolved. If you see the module failing again please be more specific about the failure reason in the subject line.
