Description
We need to know how heavy our boxes will be. The idea was to have a small and a big box.
The small box should be able to take care of the marketing at events of 1000 - 4000 people.
The big box should scale to about 5000 - 10.000 people.

100 DVD's measured weight: 2.5 Kg
500 flyers: ~1.2 kg
weight of packages to be send is thus mostly determined by the weight of the DVD's. The 'small' package has to deal with ~1000 to ~ 4000 visitors and thus needs to have about 500 DVDs. 20KG seems like a reasonable weight for the 'small' package.
The big package needs to deal with 5K+ visitors and 1000-1200 DVD's seems reasonable for that, making it 40-50KG.

once we move to USB sticks, 10 KG/package will most likely suffice so I'll have to look for at least:
