Problem is that in openqa the DVD repo is enabled and it has same priority as SRPMS repository. Then shim testsuite is trying to install shim.srpm from DVD#2 which is not available nor mounted instead of online SRPMS repo.

Repository priorities are without effect. All enabled repositories share the same priority.

The solution should be rise the priority of SRPMS repo to 50 (smaller number ~ higher priority)
