In many cases it seems that QCOW image uploaded from test, made it to the worker, but eventually won't appear on the shared NFS pool. This happens nearly always for test suite sles12_textmode_create_hdd@svirt-xen-pv, which uploads ~800 MB image. See https://openqa.suse.de/tests/972868 and it's 'Previous results'.

I found an artifact of that file on NFS (but not artifact for any other image):

I don't see this problem when my local openQA worker is used.
