Description

JSON::RPC 1.0 removed the JSON::RPC::Client module - and moved it to Legacy namespace.

So we currently require the perl-JSON-RPC of 12.3, this needs porting. At least in rpc.pl and
in our openqa_internal scripts to rsync

rpc.pl is easily removed - it was something for the old V2 only working after patching

and openQA already works with the new interface and only uses JSON::RPC to fetch V2 jobs in clone_jobs, no worries there.
