Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-aarch64-toolchain_zypper@aarch64 fails in
gcc5_Cpp_compilation

compilation took more than 6000 seconds

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 0340

Expected result

compilation should took less than 6000 , even if hardware is straggling under heavy load we can find source which will compile faster than 6000 seconds
