Seems there is a new failure here, since bsc#1032272 had been already fixed and verified.

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-s390x-migration_offline_sle12sp2_fullupdate@zkvm-image fails in
first_boot

The console log showed that SLE 12 SP3 was already booted. But the desktop wasn't shown.
Is it possible that VNC console is not connected properly after reboot?
