[migration] sles12sp2 plus ha images and testsuites on ppc64le

Description
We just got ha regcode for ppc64le last week from Artem, time to add the testsuites to the group.
ha+default is already exist:
SLES-12-SP2-ppc64le-ha.qcow2
need to create ha+allpatterns image:
sle-12-SP2-Server-DVD-ppc64le-ha+allpatterns.qcow2
and add relevant testsuites both for online/offline

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Image sle-12-SP2-Server-DVD-ppc64le-ha+allpatterns.qcow2 created.
Added 3 scenarios of ppc64le HA to Migration: HA group:
offline: migration_offline_sle12sp2_ha+allpatterns_fullupdate_ppc
zdup offline: migration_zdup_offline_sle12sp2_ha+allpatterns_fullupdate_ppc
online: om_proxyscc_sles12sp2_ha+allpatterns_full_update_by_yast_ppc
