Description

We just got ha regcode for ppc64le last week from Artem, time to add the testsuites to the group.

ha+default is already exist:
SLES-12-SP2-ppc64le-ha.qcow2

need to create ha+allpatterns image:
sle-12-SP2-Server-DVD-ppc64le-ha+allpatterns.qcow2

and add relevant testsuites both for online/offline
