Let's please avoid handling multiple issues in one ticket. I assume monitor.qe.nue2.suse.org not responding to salt is a separate problem - maybe that wasn't obvious from a quick look, just splitting it out now.

The failures are due to #181772 which is being discussed at the moment. I will confirm if we can expect an upstream fix within the day. Otherwise we need to change the test schedules to skip the failing tests.
