I believe you should sync from stage.opensuse.org, but it requires allowing your source addresses. Hope mirror team will advise further.

Dear openSUSE Admins,

we (Adfinis) operate a public mirror Server which is currently
configured to mirror from other mirror Servers.
I was wondering if there is a "Master" Mirror Server we can use to rsync
from you directly?
