Description

With #113495 implemented, we now have two different tooltips:

  • Help tooltip with at the priority setting implemented in #113495
  • Datetime tooltip on scheduled time (eg. 10 minutes ago)

We should change the old datetime tooltip to use the native Bootstrap tooltip, as in #113495
