Description

Recetnly, the package libopensync had a delete request (dr#477298) - no bot complained about anything.

once the request was accepted, at least one package failed to buildL kdepim3 buildrequires libopensync-devel

so in my books - this DR should have been tagged 'unsafe for acceopt' by the bot

repo-checker actually is already able to handle / validate delete requests - factory-auto just did not ask for its opinion

This might possible block a few delete requests that seem legit, but it's better than dropping stuff we still rely on.
