Observation

apache2-mod_nss has been removed from Factory on 2025-01-13, with the message

Upstream is not maintaining the package anymore and it has a better replacement apache2-mod_ssl provided already by apache2-prefork
(via delete request 1237389)

The test should be adjusted accordingly
