openSUSE admin

Hi,

We are now using the OBS SCM workflow in the systemd upstream
repository on Github:

https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:bluca:systemd

Would it be possible to have a dedicated project outside of the home:
namespace for this, so that users don't have to reference my home
project, please?

Something like system:systemd: or systemd: or any variation thereof. My
user account on OBS is 'bluca'.
